You need to take the time to meditate on your true self, learn how to master your spiritual side, and that will inturn help you to over come your physical side, you must tie the knot between your true self, and your illusion, this is what the word religion orignally dervied from (to tie, to link back) the word religion is now being used to link you to something other than yourself and ultimatly your creator, break free from that web of lies, and master your mind, and link your self back to your first love.
